XindeXX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Step 1: Contact the Content Host First

Since we only provide links to external websites, you should first contact the website that actually hosts the allegedly infringing content. Most adult content sites have their own DMCA policies and removal procedures.

Step 2: Submit DMCA Notice to XindeXX

If the content host does not respond or if you want us to remove our link/review, send a DMCA notice to: dmca@xindexx.com

Your DMCA notice must include ALL of the following information:

1. Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email address
2. Identification of copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of infringing material: Specific URL(s) on XindeXX that contain or link to the allegedly infringing material
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
6. Authority statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
7. Physical or electronic signature: Your signature (physical or electronic)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@xindexx.com containing:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed material and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error
• Your consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
• Your physical or electronic signature

XindeXX maintains a policy of terminating accounts and removing links for users who are repeat infringers. We track and monitor DMCA notices and may take action against:

• Websites that repeatedly host infringing content
• Users who repeatedly submit content from infringing sources
• Partners who fail to respond to legitimate DMCA notices

Warning: Submitting false DMCA notices may result in:

• Legal liability for damages, including attorney fees
• Criminal charges for perjury
• Termination of your account or services
• Legal action for abuse of the DMCA process

Only submit DMCA notices if you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
